Delete your SalesTrack account and data

How to ask Terransight to delete the account and data collected by the SalesTrack Android app (com.terransight.salestrack).

How to request deletion

SalesTrack accounts are issued by an employer, so deletion is confirmed with them before it is carried out. There are two ways to start:

We acknowledge requests within 7 days and complete verified deletions within 30 days. You can also reach this page from inside the app, under Profile → Privacy & data → Request data deletion.

What gets deleted

Deleted Your account and login credentials, profile details, device binding, location history, attendance selfies, visit and delivery photos, diagnostic logs, and notifications addressed to you.
Retained Business transaction records your employer must keep — orders placed, payments collected and stock movements — are retained by your employer as their books of account, with your identifiers replaced by a non-identifying reference where the law allows.
Retained (legal) Records we are required to keep by tax, accounting or other law, for the period that law requires, and then deleted.
Backups Deleted data disappears from live systems immediately and ages out of encrypted backups within 35 days.

Deleting only the data on your phone

Signing out of the SalesTrack app clears the field data cached on your handset, once any pending items have synced or you have chosen to discard them. Uninstalling the app removes the local database entirely. Neither of these deletes the copy your employer holds on the server — use the request routes above for that.

Stopping location collection without deleting your account

If you only want route tracking to stop, revoke the location permission in Android Settings → Apps → SalesTrack → Permissions, or ask your administrator to turn duty tracking off for your organization. Neither deletes location history already collected — use a deletion request for that. See the privacy policy for what is collected and why.
