SalesTrack terms of use
These terms apply to everyone using the SalesTrack Android app or web dashboard.

Who may use SalesTrack
SalesTrack is licensed to businesses, not to individuals. You may use it if your employer holds a current SalesTrack subscription and has issued you an account. Accounts are created by your organization's administrator; there is no public sign-up.
You must be at least 18 years old and authorised by your employer to carry out the field work the app records.
Your account and device
- Your account is bound to one registered device. Ask your administrator before changing handsets.
- Keep your passcode private. You are responsible for activity recorded under your account.
- Do not attempt to falsify attendance, location or visit evidence, including by using mock location tools. Doing so is grounds for your employer to suspend your account.
Monitoring you should expect
SalesTrack is an employee monitoring tool. While your workday is active, it records your location — including when the app is closed or not in use — along with your check-ins, orders, collections and the photos you capture, and makes them visible to managers at your organization. Android shows a permanent notification for as long as location is being collected. Collection stops when you end your day.
What is collected, and for how long it is kept, is described in the privacy policy.
Availability and offline use
SalesTrack is built to keep working without a network connection and syncs when one is available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and service may be suspended for maintenance. Data recorded offline stays on your device until it syncs — sign out only after pending items have been sent or explicitly discarded.
Acceptable use
- Use SalesTrack only for your employer's field operations.
- Do not attempt to access data belonging to other salesmen or other organizations.
- Do not reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the app.
- Do not upload unlawful content, or photographs of people who have not agreed to be photographed.
Ownership
Terransight owns the SalesTrack software. Your employer owns the business data entered through it. Nothing here transfers ownership of either.
Liability
SalesTrack is provided to your employer under a separate commercial agreement, and that agreement governs warranties and liability between us and them. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable to individual users for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the effective date above will change and material updates will be notified through your employer. Questions go to support@terransight.com.
